Terms and Conditions

Please read this document carefully! It contains very important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you, our visitor. 

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time.


  1. Pricing:
    Packages are based on the hotel’s type and price range. The hotels in each range were carefully chosen for their proven track record of quality service, excellent value, unique setting and/or special architectural characteristics. Prices are per person and based on single, double, or triple occupancy; they include all sales taxes in force at time of reserving and any other service specified as included. Tips are not included. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  2. Reservations and Payment:
    All bookings are required to be paid in full prior to The Customer’s arrival. Reservation will be canceled if reconfirmation is not made at least two weeks prior to The Customer’s arrival and/or payment has not been received. Any cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival is non-refundable.

  3. Cancellation Refunds:
    There is no broad defined policy when handling cancellation refunds except that those cancellations made by The Customer within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. The Company pre-pays all services to the hotels and operators. Doing this allows The Company to offer The Customer lower rates. The Company will make every effort possible to refund as much money as possible. However, The Customer must realize that any and all cancelations will entail some type of penalty. The nature of this penalty is subject to the internal policies of each hotel or operator. Each cancelation request will thus be handled on an individual basis.

  4. Responsibility:
    The Company acts only as an agent for The Customer in regard to any and all forms of surface or air transportation whether mechanical, non-mechanical, or animal, or to lodging and other services, including but not limited to tours and activities operated by a third party, staffs contracted for specific services including guides, transfer drivers, entertainment etc. The Company assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, death, delay, or an irregularity which may be caused by any of the aforementioned services or by any other not specifically mentioned; nor for acts of God, force majeure, civil unrest, weather, strikes, road conditions, or other causes. Any and all losses or expense occasioned by these or any other conditions beyond The Company’s control, must be assumed by The Customer because tour rates provide only for the time and specific services stated. The Customer is responsible for judging the appropiateness of his or her physical and emotional capabilities for activities related to the selected itinerary.

  5. Limitation of Liability:
    Under no circumstances shall The Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from, or arise out of the use of, or inability to use, the site, the information contained on or received through use of this site, or any services received through this site. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if The Company has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential Damages, The Company, advertisers and/or its respective licensors’ liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law of The Customer’s jurisdiction.

  6. Indemnification:
    The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Company, its advertisers, licensors, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, agents and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from your use of this site, any services, information from this site, or any violation of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right, at its’ own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by The Customer, in which event The Customer shall cooperate with The Company in asserting any available defenses.

  7. The Customer must be over 18 to agree to this agreement
    This Agreement must be completed, understood and agreed to by a person over 18. If a parent or guardian wishes to permit a person under 18, and under his or her supervision, to purchase tours or services on this site, he or she should contact The Company with his or her explicit written permission and acceptance of full legal responsibility for the minor to do so. The Customer agrees to abide by local laws and codes of ethics and morality in the host country, specially when staying with a host family.
